Graduate of the Hugh Wooding Law School and the University of the West Indies, Nikita provides legal oversight for Hydro Tech’s operations as Corporate Secretary and Legal and Compliance Officer. Passionate about Hydro Tech’s compliance with all statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements Nikita ensures that the Board and Management operates within the law. She monitors the integrity of the Company’s governance framework and ensures that the Company follows proper steps for major corporate actions and contractual arrangements. Nikita also oversees the provision of corporate secretarial services to the group of companies.
